Welcome to the Birth to 3 Resource Guide

This guide provides links to quality Internet resources that will be useful for families and health care professionals who are interested in early childhood development.

The Center for Disabilities Birth to 3 Program provides early intervention services, at no cost, for families who have children from birth to age three that have difficulty learning, growing, or behaving like other children in their age group or have a medical condition which doctors feel may need special attention.
