The Oscar Howe Summer Art Institute (OHSAI) records contain material pertaining to the OHSAI on the campus of the University of South Dakota. The collection covers the years 1991 – 2010 with the exception of 2008 and 2009. The collection is organized by each year the Oscar Howe Summer Art Institute was held.The records consist of application information for students who attended the institute, alternates, students not accepted and no-shows.The files contain general correspondence, nominator correspondence and sponsor correspondence.
