Importing Citations from Ebscohost

This is one way to import the citation of an article found on Ebscohost into EndNote X7 for Mac

1. On the Search Results screen of Ebscohost, click on the title of the article:

2. On the right-hand side of the detail view of the article click on "Export." 3. Make sure that the top option for "Direct Export to EndNote, ProCite, CITAVI, or Reference Manager" is selected. Then click on "Save."

4. A dialogue box will open. Choose open with EndNote X7.

5. Now it should show up under "Imported." Just drag to the group of your choice.

Now, you can also attach the PDF of the article to the file to keep all of your materials together. See the steps for attaching a file in this guide.
