Summary |
The Vermillion Literary Project is a student organization at the University of South Dakota. The Project began in 1982 with the help of grants from the South Dakota Arts Council and the University of South Dakota Student Association. Under the direction of the USD English Department, the organization accepts previously unpublished literature and artwork from various artists, especially South Dakota artists with ties to Vermillion, and publishes the collection in an annual magazine. The VLP also sponsors poetry readings, writing contests, Sanity Supplements a USD poster project and broadcast Project Radio on KOAR, USD’s radio station. |
