LexisNexis contains an annotated South Dakota Constitution and Code. Refer to the diagram on the Courts and Case Law tab. Under Legal, choose State Statutes and Regulations and Advanced Options. Check "Constitution" or "Statutory Code," and click on South Dakota. Browse the South Dakota Code by title or chapter. Check only South Dakota and use the box to search by segment i.e. TEXT (search term), keyword or Boolean search.
