With a South Dakota drivers license or another form of government-issued identification, all South Dakota residents 16 years of age and older may obtain a Community Borrower's Card to borrow books and other materials from the Libraries.  To register for a Community Borrower's Card, see the Circulation Desk staff on the first floor of I.D. Weeks.
