When the app is downloaded enter the username and password (from step #2) into the app

Every 3 month you have to login (NOT REGISTER) from The Royal C. Johnson Veteran Memorial Medical Center premises just as a reminder for the APP that you are still a Royal C. Johnson Veteran Memorial Medical Center authorized user.
