The first screen that will come up when you open Health Source: Consumer Edition will be the Advanced Search page. You can perform a basic keyword search directly from this page.
Let's use "older adults" as an example:
Input "older adults" into the search box and then click search.
Notice that you get a large number of results, but the left column offers various ways to Limit or Refine your search. You can Limit by date, full-text, type of material, etc.
By clicking on the Show More link under Refine Your Results, you will bring up a list of all avaialble limiters and expanders. Mark your selections and then click search.
