ACP Journal Club through the Annals of Internal Medicine
The ACP Journal Club selects published articles according to explicit criteria that warrant immdiate attention by physicians. These articles are summarized in "value-added" abstracts and are commented on by clinical experts.
Cochrane Library
The Cochrane Library consists of regularly updated evidence based medicine databases, providing high quality information to those providing care, research, and teaching.
Joanna Briggs Institute EBP Database
Evidence Based Recommended Practices, Evidence Summaries, Best Practices, Systematic Reviews, Protocols, and Technical Reports.
PubMed (MEDLINE)
Be sure to enter PubMed through the Library Website to have quicker access to full text.
TRiP (Turning Research into Practice)
A meta-search engine that searches across 61 EBM sites, including journals such as BMJ, JAMA, and NEJM.

Most programs would not use ALL of these options, but a variation of PICO, PICOT, PICOTT, or PICOTS.
