Start Page is a single line text field that lists the page number on which the article begins in the original publication. If there is an article number in lieu of page numbers, enter the article number instead (e.g., E19348 or Article 38).
Last Page is a single line text field that lists the page number on which an article ends in the original publication. If there is no last page, or you are using an article number, leave this field blank.
