If six or fewer authors, list all authors. If more than six authors, list the first three followed by "et al." The author may be an organization or governmental body.
When citing a full book, capitalize all major words; when citing a chapter, use sentence case.
Book chapters should include inclusive page numbers of the chapter after the publication year; if no page numbers are available list the chapter using the abbreviation "chap".
Arabic numbers should be used for editions, even if they use roman numerals in the publication. Only indicate editions after the first. In general edition should be abbreviated to "ed" and revised should be abbreviated to "rev".
If a volume is included in the title, it need not be repeated in the volume section.
Use full publisher name as listed on the title page.
Only list accessed date if you are using a URL, not a DOI. Date follows the American pattern of Month Date, Year.
